Alan Newton operates this personal utility to transfer his own approved job artifacts from his server into his Google Drive. It is not offered as a public service.
The app requests Google’s drive.file scope. Its upload command creates a dedicated “Claude Venice Jobs” folder and job subfolders, uploads selected local artifacts, and reads the limited file metadata needed to find folders, avoid duplicate uploads and verify uploaded files. It does not request full-Drive, Gmail or other Google account scopes.
Google’s per-file scope technically includes modification and deletion of app-accessible files. The utility exposes only the approved upload workflow: no deletion, public sharing, permission changes or general Drive search commands.
OAuth credentials are stored outside project repositories in a private account configuration directory on Alan’s server. The credential file is readable only by its owner and the server administrator. Credentials and authorization codes are not intended to be included in application logs, project documentation or agent conversations. Google receives the selected uploads and API requests over HTTPS.
The utility does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or create public file-sharing permissions. Uploaded artifacts remain in Alan’s Google Drive until Alan removes them. Alan may separately authorize his other workflow tools to read these files; those tools operate under their own access permissions. This utility does not grant them access.
Alan can revoke this app’s authorization from his Google Account’s third-party connections page and remove the server credential. Revoking authorization does not delete previously uploaded files.
